Commissioned Photo Magic

Let’s create a custom work of art as a modern family heirloom!

I’m thrilled you want to work together – Here’s the process:

First, secure your spot!
Purchase a Magic Memories listing from my shop. This $100 deposit will start the process and secure your spot in the queue. Orders will be processed on a first come/first served basis.

Next, tell me about your image/loved one!
Fill out the Magic memories questionnaire to share a little about the person or location you are honoring and give me a few specifics on the custom artwork. There is a space in the form to upload your photo(s), select your color and framing preferences for your commissioned artwork. It’s easy! And I’m here to help you if you have any questions.

All commissioned artwork is created digitally, so the integrity of your original photograph will remain untouched.

I begin making a custom piece just for you!
This is where the magic happens. A draft of the work in progress will be emailed to you for review and a chance to request any modifications before printing. One round of revisions is included in the purchase price.

Once you approve the proof, the artwork is printed on archival heavyweight paper, framed, packaged and mailed to you. This is one-of-a-kind work, and is not returnable or alterable.

The process takes approximately 4-5 weeks. Artwork is sent via USPS Priority Mail.

“As the proud owner of three pieces designed by Cassandra Ott, I couldn’t be more enthusiastic about referring her to collaborate with anyone looking to honor family photos. After losing a loved one, I reached out to Cassandra to inquire if she could customize three cherished black and white images with her unique, illustrative style. She a wonderful partner in transforming these images into pieces of art that my family will cherish forever. Five-star experience all-around.”
