I am enchanted by the magic in the world around me. The way there is simultaneously so much randomness and structure in life.
My artwork is the product of little experiments in understanding... piecing together the things I feel with what I see. 

In an atmosphere where news and media are moving at a disorienting pace and content is deeply negative,

I am consciously creating moments of respite in an effort to rekindle hope and optimism.

It amazes me how simple elements can be combined in infinite ways... letters become language and sketches become beautiful patterns.
